About True Nature

True Nature Healing Arts is an intentional sanctuary in the heart of the Rockies, offering yoga, an Ayurvedic spa, a tea room, and an eco-friendly boutique, surrounded by a tranquil peace garden, open to the public 7 days a week, sunrise to sunset.

True Nature has been a vibrant part of Carbondale, Colorado since 2007. Located in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley at the base of 13,000 ft. Mt. Sopris. While most of our visitors are local, we serve Aspen to Glenwood Springs, extending to Summit County and into the front range.

We began in 2007 with a simple 500 square foot yoga studio on Main Street in Carbondale, Colorado. In 2009, we expanded our operations into the Third Street Center, adding massage, intuitive energy work and retail. In 2011 we purchased a one acre property in downtown Carbondale, just off the bike path, offering a one-of-a-kind inspirational setting.

When people visit True Nature, they don’t quite know where they are as the aesthetic includes both eastern and western influences and construction that integrates antiques from Kashmir, Morocco, Pakistan, Afghanistan and India. We brought together talented craftsman and designers, following our intuition every step of the way. The healing arts center, which continues to evolve, is an expression of our personal growth process, passions and desire to serve the larger community.

True Nature is an invitation to explore, nourish and deepen. Our desire is to inspire you to discover your dharma, the path you were meant to walk in this life, so you can share these gifts and passions with the world. When we follow our dharma, we offer the highest level of service to humanity and it just feels good to do what we were built for.

With Love and Gratitude,

Eaden and Deva Shantay
