Befriending the Body: A Phoenix Rising Yoga Workshop with Sakshi Keeton

This Sunday, March 15th 4-6pm: Combine the physical movements of Yoga, meditation, and thematic contemplation for a unique experience, enhancing self-awareness as an ally for creating a full and integrated life.

During this 2 hour Phoenix Rising Yoga workshop, you will heighten your ability for using your body as a source of personal wisdom. The focus of the class is inward and individual; there is no right or wrong way to execute or to understand your experience.

Take time, move slowly and dive deeply into the meanings revealed in you through thematically guided posture, meditation and contemplation.

All levels of experience are welcome!

Sakshi Keeton holds a dual certification as a Phoenix Rising yoga therapist and group yoga facilitator.  While this offering is a group class, her private sessions offer spacious, supportive presence for each participant to engage with themselves, using their bodies as tools for self-transformation.  She offers private PRYT sessions and teaches Thursday’s Noon Flow class at True Nature.
