For those of us who can’t alway get away to a yoga retreat, doing a day-long, silent retreat can feel expansive and give a similar benefit as a longer retreat while being much more affordable.  Price includes snack, a raw lunch or warm soup, a cold pressed juice and tea.  Set your intentions for the coming year and deeply replenish yourself with the gift of silence.

River is a third generation yogini.  She has been blessed to have studied with many powerful teachers, including Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, Kausthub and T.V.K. Desikachar, Robert Svoboda, Nancy Gilgoff and Shiva Rea.   River teaches private meditation, dance, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Pre/post Natal Yoga. She also leads yoga and well-being retreats, guided yoga hikes, Gyrotonic sessions and is a wellness coach.
