True Nature Healing Arts is an intentional sanctuary in the heart of the Rockies, offering yoga, an Ayurvedic spa, tea room and an eco-friendly boutique, surrounded by a tranquil peace garden, open to the public 7 days a week.

True Nature has been a vibrant part of Carbondale, Colorado since 2007. Carbondale is located in the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley at the base of 13,000 ft. Mt. Sopris. Being in the middle of the valley, TNHA serves Carbondale and the communities of Glenwood Springs, Basalt, Woody Creek, Snowmass and Aspen, as well as visitors from the front range and beyond.

After 20 years of searching, I have finally found a yoga home.

Brought my students by this week. A wonderful space for all ages.

Last July we were vacationing in Snowmass Village. Our favorite day of the trip was the day we rode our bikes to Carbondale (about 27 miles). The ride was downhill with the most amazing scenic views. When we got to Carbondale, we rode the bike path straight to True Nature Healing Arts where all four of us enjoyed spa treatments. There is an entrance to the Peace Garden right on the bike path! I’m not sure what was better — my massage or the delicious smoothie I drank while strolling through the garden. That evening, we shopped on Main Street and ate dinner at the local brew pub. We took the VelociRFTA bus (https://www.rfta.com/routes/velocirfta-brt/) back to Snowmass with our bikes. It was a perfect day.

Love everything about this space! I could move to Carbondale just because this place exists! They have done such an amazing job with the garden and studios! Wish I had one of these back home in Florida! The food was soooo good and nourishing!! I didn’t even feel guilty about enjoying the tiramisu! We ended up finding this gem serendipitously and stayed most of the day here.

Love the energy of the place and everyone was so nice! Look forward to having lunch there again soon. The mushroom soup was yummy!

I can’t give enough praise to True Nature. It is truly a gift of love to the town of Carbondale and the community at large. I find myself spending more and more time there in my pursuit of healing. The grounds and facility are beautifully breathtaking, the teachers and staff friendly and inviting, and the food and juice just right for a self guided cleanse. There is truly a sense of serenity and positive energy there. Again, I can’t say enough, except Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for this gift!!!

Warm and welcoming staff. I was just a drop in from out of town and I felt like a regular. Beautiful studio with well cared for props. The teacher was very knowledgeable and came around to correct you if you needed it. Always a plus in my book!
