Scott & Shanti Medina

We are very pleased to once again welcome Scott and Shanti Medina to True Nature Healing Arts. Scott and Shanti Medina, CYT CNSF are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo from Boulder, CO on a mission to uplift humanity by empowering self-realization.  They recently released their double-CD project SoMAntra®.  The CD is a collection of original chants from wisdom-traditions around the globe along with embodied Body Current® yoga therapy practices to self-regulate the nervous system and empower the innate wisdom. Their very popular sacred sound workshops, ecstatic community kirtans, and inspiring retreats offer a sweet and deep dive into the vibration where the soma, or body, and mantra are One.   Shanti is a Neurosculpting® Facilitator and faculty member at the Neurosculpting Institute in Denver, CO and teaches her unique Body Current® practices in a variety of 500HR YTT programs as well as supporting private clients around the globe.

Scott and Shanti will also be offering “Awakening the Body Current®: Priming the Neural Pathways LIVE MUSIC SoMAntra®” workshop. This special additional offering is part of your Sacred Fest ticket and will be from 12:30-2:30pm on Saturday, Sept. 12th (click here to register.) The Body Current® is revolutionary empowering system of simple and highly effective transformational body-centered practices, rooted in the latest neuroscience research, designed to gently reprogram trauma and old conditioning in the mind/body/cellular map through radical present moment awareness, acceptance and allowing of our innate intelligence.  This SoMAntra® live music experiential class will explore somatic and yoga therapy practices based in Vinyasa Flow to awaken and ignite the current of communication and sensation cultivated and activated by priming the neural pathways including pranayam, mudra, mantra and asana for all levels of practice.

All proceeds going to Give Back Yoga Foundation.
