Through the study of yoga philosophy, meditation, asana & anatomy, self-realization practices and holistic health & nutrition, students become more aware of who they are and through that knowledge learn how to guide others into finding their practice. This is more than just a training to become a yoga teacher, this is training to develop your life’s purpose.

“Before the True Nature Yoga Teacher training, I was experiencing the worst depression episode of my entire life. Through the 6-month training I was taught not only by Eaden and Deva, but also by the other cohorts about self love and devotion. I’m truly thankful for the transformation I accomplished. I’m now able to view life in a holistic way. It was a beautiful journey and I’m equipped to help others along theirs.” Jaime Fowler, 2016 Grad
“Given my somewhat limited experience I don’t have much to compare it too, but it is hard for me to find any fault or imagine a 200 hour training that could have been better. It was far more than I expected as I had a vision of doing asanas, learning about yoga history, and maybe some anatomy. What I got was an immersion into yoga that challenged me to explore my soul. I was constantly contemplating energy, spirituality, and the purpose of my existence. It was not really a teacher training, but an opportunity to enrich my life and better understand what I truly value. While I am still trying to get my arms around the many introductions you made (chakras, prana, mudras, Ayurveda, meditation, chanting, anatomy, doshas, koshas, pranayama, bandas, the enneagram, teaching…), I do feel you more than adequately gave me the tools to dive deeper and I am grateful. I guess you also want what I didn’t like, but I can’t honestly think of anything. I was never bored or found the classes laborious. The schedule works really well with one three day weekend a month, other classes and meditation, and the special trainings. Damn, I don’t like being this much of a push over, but I really can’t think of any disappointments. While my intent was to keep this reply short and to the point (not even close), I must also add that Deva and Eaden set such a wonderful tone in your teachings. I found warmth and understanding and an absence of judgement. You held high standards while providing a fun atmosphere that I believe prompted strong friendships and camaraderie (even if you are the only guy!). I also really enjoyed Kerry and Priscilla. Kerry was exceptional with her anatomy and Nidra training. In regards to a testimonial, take what you want from the above, or to sum it up; “I think True Nature’s teacher training more than provides you with exceptional teaching skills, it will enrich your life and understanding of yoga way beyond any other experience. The teachers are exceptional, the depth of their knowledge is beyond compare, and I enjoyed every moment ” Dave Scruby, 2014 Grad
“I came to Colorado not knowing what I would find. What I found was myself, and I will be forever grateful for the journey I took in the care of this loving studio. True Nature Healing Arts has been my temple since I moved to town 2 years ago. I knew I was in the right place when I walked through the door, everything about it was right. The level of deepening I have experienced has brought about a new perspective and outlook on life. I am able to connect more clearly to myself, to nature, and to other beings. I learned to embrace all of life with love, and be open to things I never thought possible before. It is all because of the guidance I received from True Nature Healing Arts. Deva and Eaden are simply amazing, and their message is beautiful. I would recommend a visit to this studio for anyone who holds an honest, open mind, and who is not afraid to embark on a deep journey of healing and self-exploration. I’m so glad I took the plunge!” Chandler Thompson, 2012 Grad
“The teacher training was truly profound. It was life changing on many levels. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to delve deeper into their yoga practice and awaken unto their spiritual path.” Beth Bair, 2012 Grad
