Place your hands on your belly and breathe into them 5 times. Next, move your hands to your lower rib cage and again, breathe into them 5 times. Now move your hands to your back and repeat the 5 breaths, noticing if you can feel your breath move into the backbody. Finally, five more breaths with the hands on the collarbones. Repeat the sequence five times. This is an excellent home practice, just keep the breath smooth, easy and comfortable: no forcing the breath to be deeper than it should be.
