Yoga is a practice of alignment, connection, and balance. Since 2007, True Nature has served up soul nourishing, body enlivening yoga to the residents of the Roaring Fork Valley and visitors from the front range and beyond. Along with a full daily class schedule, we offer a variety of body, mind and spirit workshops and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings led by Deva and Eaden Shantay with support from Kerry Kleisner and River Morgan.

We welcome all levels of experience and offer a diverse menu of classes. If you are new the studio and live in the valley or are a second home owner, please try our $25 unlimited pass and explore all our classes and teachers for a week. This provides the opportunity to find the perfect teacher and class for you.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so that you don’t feel rushed and to set your intention. Check in with our front desk staff before heading upstairs to the yoga studio; coats and shoes may be stored upstairs in the reception area. Please do not wear perfume or strong scents as others may have allergies or sensitivities. If this is your first class, please fill out a new student waiver. We provide Jade Yoga and Manduka mats at no charge, we just ask that you clean them after class.

Before class begins, please share any questions or concerns with your teacher, letting them know about any past injuries or medical issues that may affect your practice.

During class, if you are having difficulty, do not hesitate to ask for help. Be gentle and honor yourself and the practice. Let go of any expectations or need to perform and dedicate yourself to being in the moment with your breath and body. All will unfold as it needs to.
