Have you every wanted to explore the depth of Yoga? This training provides the opportunity to dive into the techniques, lifestyle and practices of yoga, both for personal exploration and for those wishing to teach yoga professionally.

The True Nature 200hr Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance® accredited program designed to inspire and cultivate a deeper understanding and connection to the ancient practices of yoga. We at True Nature believe in the phrase “Teach to learn, and learn to Teach”. We must first experience the teachings ourselves through a dedicated personal practice. Once these teachings are embodied, we are then ready to share them consciously and holistically with others.

Balanced Yoga

Experience a skillful combo of the fundamental standing and floor postures of hatha yoga. Designated to leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Our signature, all-levels class.

Flow Yoga

Connects breath and movement through a series of flowing postures. Flow (vinyasa) ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, explore energy centers, and increase awareness in the body, mind and spirit.

Stretch Yoga

A relaxing class consisting of mostly work and poses on the floor to release tension and increase flexibility. Wonderful for athletes, those new to yoga or those needing a good stretch!

Invigorate Yoga

An energizing practice that combines challenging asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and other elements dependent on instructor. Revive and awaken prana (energy) in this practice.

Restore Yoga

A guided surrender into quiet, supported postures using bolsters and blankets. Gentle and long-held poses facilitate deep release in connective tissue guiding you towards total relaxation.

Community Yoga

Donate what you can for this hatha-style yoga class. Taught by teachers developing their skills, we are happy to offer them a place to grow.

Yin Yoga

Designed to establish balance in the body, by using a combination of longer held Yin poses, gentle movement, conscious breath work, myofascial release techniques and guided relaxation. The healing effects of a Yin practice include, but are not limited to: increasing range of motion, strength, elasticity and hydration of tissues; remodeling scar tissue; releasing toxins and deeply relaxing the mind and body. A nice compliment to any yoga practice and athletic endeavors, and great way to either help heal the body or support it.

Restore and Nidra

This gentle and supportive practice aims to restore the body’s natural capacity for health, using a combination of longer held yoga poses and conscious breath work, followed by a guided relaxation such as Yoga Nidra. The goal is to support the body in different positions using props to help establish a sense of calm, reprogram the nervous system and ultimately train the body to deeply relax in preparation for a restful night’s sleep.

Meditation, Mantra and Vedanta

Offers practices and knowledge that transform your challenges, reveal your values, gifts and passions, and supports your highest vision. Begins with intention setting and chant, moves through guided body scan and meditation, and concludes with a discussion. By donation.

Dance Fusion: empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting body, mind, emotions and spirit. Nia draws from martial arts, dance and healing. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves in a way that is blissful, inspirational and just plain fun. All levels.

Pilates Mat

A beautiful complement to a yoga practice, Pilates begins with building core strength. Pilates improves overall strength, flexibility, breath control, coordination and more. Expect to sweat, laugh and enjoy. All levels.

A gentle but powerful movement class for all. Refine is designed to organically awaken core stabilizing muscles; it includes dynamic movements that improves intrinsic stability, balance and strength. Refine the way you move through life.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as "The Yoga of Awareness." In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, postures, and mantra to bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. Kundalini Yoga is a universal and nondenominational practice.
