Connects breath and movement through a series of flowing postures. Flow (vinyasa) ties sun salutes, various asanas, and pranayama (breathwork) to build heat, explore energy centers, and increase awareness in the body, mind and spirit.
A relaxing class consisting of mostly work and poses on the floor to release tension and increase flexibility. Wonderful for athletes, those new to yoga or those needing a good stretch!
An energizing practice that combines challenging asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and other elements dependent on instructor. Revive and awaken prana (energy) in this practice.
A guided surrender into quiet, supported postures using bolsters and blankets. Gentle and long-held poses facilitate deep release in connective tissue guiding you towards total relaxation.

Designed to establish balance in the body, by using a combination of longer held Yin poses, gentle movement, conscious breath work, myofascial release techniques and guided relaxation. The healing effects of a Yin practice include, but are not limited to: increasing range of motion, strength, elasticity and hydration of tissues; remodeling scar tissue; releasing toxins and deeply relaxing the mind and body. A nice compliment to any yoga practice and athletic endeavors, and great way to either help heal the body or support it.
This safe and balanced yoga practice is designed to guide you into your innate capacity for birth and motherhood. Our prenatal yoga class will help cultivate strength and ease in order to support your body, heart, and mind throughout your entire pregnancy. Students will be guided through breath-work, physical postures, and relaxation offering a deep sense of nourishment and connection. Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy.
Restore and Nidra
This gentle and supportive practice aims to restore the body’s natural capacity for health, using a combination of longer held yoga poses and conscious breath work, followed by a guided relaxation such as Yoga Nidra. The goal is to support the body in different positions using props to help establish a sense of calm, reprogram the nervous system and ultimately train the body to deeply relax in preparation for a restful night’s sleep.
Meditation, Mantra and Vedanta
Offers practices and knowledge that transform your challenges, reveal your values, gifts and passions, and supports your highest vision. Begins with intention setting and chant, moves through guided body scan and meditation, and concludes with a discussion. By donation.
A weekly Vedanta book study exploring the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and other luminary Vedantic texts. Vedanta is ancient yogic wisdom that leads to freedom from emotional and mental suffering. Vedanta offers a practical methodology for attaining one’s life purpose and contentment. All are welcome regardless of background and experience. Offered by donation, suggested $15.
Dance Fusion: empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting body, mind, emotions and spirit. Nia draws from martial arts, dance and healing. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves in a way that is blissful, inspirational and just plain fun. All levels.
A beautiful complement to a yoga practice, Pilates begins with building core strength. Pilates improves overall strength, flexibility, breath control, coordination and more. Expect to sweat, laugh and enjoy. All levels.

Tween & Teen Yoga
Join tween mentor and yoga teacher Heather Hicks to explore Yoga, build new skills & gain new friendships. This class will include yoga postures, breathwork, journaling, discussion and laughter. All genders welcome. Open to ages 11 and up.

We welcome all levels of experience and offer a diverse menu of classes. If you are new the studio and live in the valley, please try our $25 unlimited one-week pass and explore all of our yoga classes and teachers. This provides the opportunity to find the perfect teacher and class for you.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class, and check in with our front desk staff before heading to the studio. If this is your first class, please fill out a new student waiver. We provide mats at no charge, BUT ask that you clean them after class. Coats and shoes may be stored in the reception area. Please do not wear perfume or strong scents to class.
Before class begins, please share any questions or concerns with your teacher, especially regarding any past injuries or medical issues that may affect your practice. During class, if you are having difficulty, do not hesitate to ask for help. Be gentle and honor yourself and the practice. Let go of any expectations or the need to perform, and instead dedicate yourself to being in the moment with your breath and body. All will unfold as it needs to.
