TRUE NATURE Healing Arts Foundation

Mission Statement

True Nature Healing Arts Foundation is a non-profit intentional sanctuary for inspiration, connection, and self-discovery.

Our campus, which sits in the heart of the Rockies, at the base of Mt. Sopris, in Carbondale, CO, provides an idyllic setting to explore practices for conscious living. Our deepest intention is to support individuals in discovering their life purpose and living it.

The Foundation Structure

At the beginning of 2022, Eaden and Deva Shantay bestowed the gift of True Nature Healing Arts and all of its assets to a foundation that will embrace its mission.

The structure of the foundation is based on the Philanthropic Enterprise Act of 2017. Sangha and Sachitananda (the for-profit sectors of TNHA) are owned in full by the foundation. Any profit acquired by the subsidiaries is gifted to the foundation.

The foundation’s Board of Trustees is comprised of volunteer community members that provide oversight and uphold the Founders’ vision of the organization.

Programs and Partnerships

At True Nature Healing Arts Foundation, we are building programs and partnerships to support the vision of a thriving campus for personal growth and development, welcoming organizations, teachers, and teachings from around the world.

The foundation intends to create partnerships that hold mutual interest in spiritual leadership, the neuroscience of spirituality, yoga, mindfulness, conscious business practices, holistic health, permaculture, biodynamics, herbalism, and conservation. Our intent is to become an epicenter for visionaries and leaders to embrace change in the modern world.

Inspiration - Connection - Self-Discovery

True Nature Healing Arts exists to inspire a deeper connection to ourselves, each other, the natural world, and spirit. We are a sanctuary for seeding possibilities and aspire to show that transformation is within reach—both internal and external. This is a pivotal moment in history where as a whole, we can create a more connected, meaningful, and altruistic existence for ourselves and for future generations.
