  • Practice with Kate Mulheron

    Live Music with Jay

Please come join Kate Mulheron, founder of Earth Ways Yoga and special musical guest, Jay Kraemer for a workshop to guide your summers abundance and expansion, in this heart opening workshop.

The Element of Fire, ruled by the HEART is known for the summer cycle of the 5 Element Circle. This direction of the cycle , South, is one t that helps you receive the physical energy you will need to support the light you carry in this life and more importantly for the next year ahead ; vitality, stability and awakening to greater clarity helps to support your vision forward!! In all of this light, one can get very depleted and sometimes defeated in exhaustion where there may be a lack of joy or an over elation of joy..these are extremes which can lead to depression or pure anxiety and restlessness and then you can lose connection to your hearts voice and balance!! When you burn too bright, too fast, with too many events and directions you may be going there will be no energy for you to finish the commitments of you souls heart path that you are here to embrace.

In this workshop, you will self study the Element of Fire , the rhythms of the heart and how to find balance in the summers journey of the heart, we will study the Heart and Small Intestine meridian channels, through yoga, meditation and the self study of the acupuncture and spirit of the points that help you deepen into these channels!! This is a time of the incredible heat of the sun, growth of internal direction that has a manifestation of outward growth, which CAN become dry, over worked with dehydration, depletion and exhaustion!! When we acknowledge the 5 Elements in the Cycle of Life, you begin to watch patterns and habits each season and start to acknowledge where you may get stuck emotionally, energetically and then the lifeforce of Universall Flow can be blocked to your sheer potential of what is possible in the healing ways of your life.

  • With Wewer Keohane

Artful Dreaming is a process of using our dreams to foster our creativity as we also enhance our spiritual journey.

In this workshop we will first talk about how to recall our dreams and what dreams tell us as well as how to ignite the road to an inner sacred marriage of loving harmony through the dream process.

Then we will do a very simple and fun art project that needs NO art skills whatsoever, but helps us get to the root of our dream that is impossible to verbalize.

Students are asked to bring a dream they recall and their dream journal if they have one.

    WEWER

Wewer Keohane, Ph.D. believes that the concepts of “Art Saves Lives” and “Dreams Grow Lives” lead us into authentic experiences of honest self-inquiry.

She is the author of best-selling Artful Dreaming: A Primer for finding inspiration from your dreams which ties her passion for art, creativity and dream work into a helpful unfolding of creative self-inquiry and creativity, what Wewer calls the Sacred Marriage within.

She is a collected and exhibited artist with works in the permanent collections of multiple museums, including the Denver Art Musuem.

Wewer spent over 30 years teaching at the university level and in private workshops around the world as well as 15 years in the business world.
