April Newsletter

Dear True Nature Community,

What a blessing that spring has sprung in the mountains of Colorado. It felt like this winter had been especially long with extended periods of cloud cover. We are so grateful to see the Peace Garden come alive and business begin to pick up. Deva and I have been working hard and fast with the new council of trustees for the non-profit foundation and feel so much hope for True Nature’s future.

The theme for this month is GROWTH, which begs the question—what are you doing to support your growth on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms of being? Recently for True Nature we underwent a values and visioning process. Both Deva and I then did this for our individual selves as well. What a profound process to drill down into what really matters. What few things do we value above all else and where do we see ourselves in 1, 3 and 5 years?

At True Nature we have some growth-oriented initiatives on the horizon. On April 12th- 21st, it’s time to RESET, formerly called the True Nature Cleanse. Deva has been deep into her Ayurvedic studies and has so much to offer for those who are ready to reset their mind, body and spirit for the coming season. Another offering, hot off the press—is the "Discover True Nature Retreats". You’ll gain access to an incredible group of curated teachers and teachings and will be able to enjoy many of the True Nature amenities.

Finally, spread the word, we are looking for a few good souls to intern with our Master Gardener, Megan Miller, in the True Nature Peace Garden.

Whatever life brings your way, please know, we are here for you.

With love and gratitude, Eaden Shantay
Co-Founder and Co-Owner, True Nature Healing Arts
