For students who love the meditative movement, healing energy, and mindful community of NIA and Qigong. This pass may be used exclusively for our NIA and Qigong classes, offering a dedicated way to cultivate balance, vitality, flexibility, and inner well-being through these transformative practices. WORKDAY (7:30AM + 2PM) - 10 Punch Pass 

For our working professionals who want to prioritize their well-being before the workday begins or during a midday break. This pass is valid for our 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM weekday classes only, offering a flexible and affordable way to build a consistent yoga practice around a traditional work schedule. Never expires.

For students ages 12–18, this pass provides an accessible way for young people to experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. 

Whether building strength, confidence, focus, or resilience, youth students are welcome to use this pass for age-appropriate classes throughout our yoga schedule.

From the employer to the employee - a simple, powerful wellness benefit for your entire team. With one purchase, your company receives 50 yoga class punches that any employee can use.
