3. Freeze Policy

All bookings require a credit card to confirm and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. A 50% deposit may apply to parties of three or more people.
To receive a body treatment, the client must be 18+ years old, and beyond the first trimester, if pregnant. Clients must be 13+ years old to receive a facial.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may decompress and experience your full booking time. To maintain the spa's blissful environment, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival and speak in quiet tones. Regretfully, late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment time in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests.

Our staff is highly qualified and works hard to ensure you receive the very best service. Gratuity is at your discretion, it is kindly accepted. The suggested gratuity is 20 percent of the full price of the services provided.

A major credit card is required upon booking your treatment in order to confirm your reservation. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be received no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a full-price charge for all booked services.

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions by completing a Guest Check-In form prior to receiving your treatments. We are pleased to offer massage services exclusively to individuals in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Please note that massages at our Spa are absolutely not allowed during the first trimester to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby. Thank you for your understanding.

A native to Colorado, Doreen has always been interested in health and the body. She started doing massage in 1994 at The Peaks in Telluride.
She’s worked in some amazing spas, from Boulder to Steamboat Springs to Sedona. After doing massage for 15 years, she moved into management and was the Spa Director at Mii Amo in Sedona for a few years. She and her family wanted to get back to Colorado and they picked the Roaring Fork Valley to settle in.
She specializes in deep tissue, pre and post natal massage but appreciates a fully relaxing massage.

Eliza Demarest is a massage therapist with a deeply therapeutic and intuitive approach, trained in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal, hot stone therapy, and reflexology. Though newer to the field with 8 months of hands-on practice, she brings a rich background in yoga, somatic education, and mind-body modalities that greatly inform her work.
Eliza is passionate about helping clients feel more at home in their bodies—offering personalized, supportive sessions that promote nervous system regulation, deep release, and inner connection. Her touch is intentional and compassionate, guided by careful listening and a desire to meet clients exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
With eight years of experience as a yoga teacher, Eliza integrates movement awareness, breath, and a holistic view of health into every session. Her own wellness practice includes yoga, climbing, time in nature, and nourishing relationships—all rooted in honoring the body’s rhythms and needs.

Practicing massage since 2000, Sonni integrates the modalities of Thai massage, Swedish, deep tissue, and myofacial release including cupping and gua she, along with many other modalities in her therapy. Her massage experience and injury recovery background inspires Sonni to encourage stretching and yoga for her clients in efforts to not just treat, but to prevent strain and injury to the body. She customizes treatments based on her clients' condition and modality preference to improve their physical condition while fostering health for the long term.
Raised in rural Southern Colorado, and having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1997, Sonni loves to travel, spend time with friends, and enjoys the outdoors by hiking, road biking, and rafting in the summer, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter.
