Reclaiming the Body: A Retreat for Acceptance, Intuition, and Self-Love
Release old stories about your body, restore your connection to your physical self, and feel empowered in your body, no matter what.
From a very young age, women are told how their bodies should look, and what they should do and be in order to achieve that physical state. As a result, the connection to our intuition, the way we take care of ourselves, and the ability to offer our bodies acceptance and unconditional love has been muted.

Wisdom of the Pack with Erik Wardell
There comes a time in every young man’s life when he begins to ask: What kind of man do I want to become?
Wisdom of the Pack is a small-group gathering for boys ages 12-14, navigating this threshold. It isn’t a class about how to be a man, nor is it therapy. It’s a space to experience brotherhood, deepen self-awareness, find your voice, and explore what it means to grow into manhood.
Dad Dharma: Connecting on the Sacred Path of Fatherhood with Erik Wardell
Fatherhood asks us to grow even as we guide. To find patience, presence, and flexibility, even when we're tired, overwhelmed, or unsure. Dad Dharma is a space for men stepping into and moving through fatherhood to pause, reflect, and connect. Together, we'll explore:
Building secure connections with our children
Discovering who we're becoming as fathers & partners
Caring for ourselves, our children, and partners
Knowing we don't have to do this alone
We’ll create space for the weight and the wonder through honest conversation, poetry, breath, movement, and laughter.

Altered States to Altar-ed States with Erin McElroy
What happens when we treat our life as ceremony, living with intention, awareness, and gratitude? And how can the immersive experience of exploring states of consciousness guide us towards an expanded capacity for an intentional, fulfilling life?

Initiate an altar to center us and connect us to each other
Explore principles of crafting and aligning to intentions
Generate an altered state of consciousness through active breathwork
Amplify our intentions through changing our state of being on purpose, to expand our capacity and awareness
Integrate the experience into meaningful change

Andean Cosmovision & The Art of Reciprocity with Puyo Tarqui
Gather, connect, and learn from Puyo Tarqui, a Pampamisayoq of the Q’ero lineage of the Andes of Peru.
In the Andean tradition, reciprocity is considered the fundamental principle for everything to flow from a place of well-being. It is a form of language that expresses recognition of the greater forces that sustain our existence, and likewise a way of “praying a request,” but with an open hand, also offering in return a gesture filled with good feeling.
This gathering is an invitation to share in the precious relationship between the guardians of the High Andes and the mountains, and to learn how to make a traditional Andean offering.

All are welcome to attend this community meditation circle!
This offering is based on the teachings of the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda. Through the steady practice of yoga meditation, it is possible to experience a deepening sense of peace, love, compassion, and joy.
