When you nurture a journaling practice, you receive all sorts of material to interact with for self awareness, healing, transformation, dreaming, and intentional creation of your life. Your journal becomes a witness, a teacher, an oracle, an alchemist, and a friend.
Self-Realization Fellowship Community Meditation
All are welcome to attend this community meditation circle!
This offering is based on the teachings of the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda. Through the steady practice of yoga meditation, it is possible to experience a deepening sense of peace, love, compassion, and joy. As inner transformation unfolds, its positive influence naturally extends outward—first to family and community, and eventually to the world at large.
This is a donation based offering held on the first Sunday of every month in the Meditation Room.

Holiday Community Grief Gathering and Candle Lighting Ritual
Gather with community to honor loved ones and acknowledge the complexities of grief during the holiday season.
Together, we will engage in a candle-lighting ritual, share in supportive group reflection, and explore meaningful tools and practices for remembering those we’ve lost - at holiday gatherings and throughout this time of year.
This gathering offers a compassionate space to be held by others while navigating the holidays with tender or broken hearts.

Self-Realization Fellowship Community Meditation
All are welcome to attend this community meditation circle!
This offering is based on the teachings of the Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) Guru, Paramahansa Yogananda. Through the steady practice of yoga meditation, it is possible to experience a deepening sense of peace, love, compassion, and joy. As inner transformation unfolds, its positive influence naturally extends outward—first to family and community, and eventually to the world at large.

Zazenkai: Meditation Retreat with Roaring Fork Zen and Billy Wynne
Join Zen Buddhist and certified meditation teacher Billy Wynne for a half-day Zen meditation retreat. Zazenkai translates to “to come together for meditation.”

Luminaries Teen Cohort: Rooted in Practice. Radiating Possibility
A 17-week journey for high school-aged teens of all gender identities to explore healing, connection, and purpose.
Through breathwork, meditation, yoga, sound alchemy, and more, teens gain tools to connect to truth, restore balance, and build lasting community.

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to event start time to check in and get settled. Many scheduled events have a rigid start time to create the sanctity of the container and respect each participants’ experience. Late entrance to an event or program is not admitted.

Refunds are available (less a $10 processing fee) up to 24 hours before the beginning of the event or program.
No refunds will be granted within the 24 hour period before the program or event.
Tickets are transferable to other guests at any point prior to the event with approval from the Event Manager.
