Yoga Nidra & Auricular Acupuncture with Dr. Heather George
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a guided practice that invites deep relaxation and supports recalibration of the mind, body, and spirit. It has been shown to help relieve stress and support healing on many levels.
Auricular Acupuncture is a classical medical practice that treats the whole body through points on the ear. The five-point protocol used in this class has been studied and implemented in addiction recovery and other trauma-informed settings worldwide.
Together, these practices offer a clinically effective, cost-efficient, drug-free, and accessible approach to supporting nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.

The Elemental Breath: Transformational Breathwork, Attunement & Journaling with Adam Hutchison and Molly Armour-Carter
As we attune to the shifting energies of the natural world, we begin to recognize these same movements within ourselves—cycles of growth, expression, release, rest, and renewal.
The Elemental Breath is a breathwork and journaling series rooted in Chinese medicine, Daoist 5-Element wisdom, and the living rhythm of the seasons. Each gathering is a guided descent into breath, body, and spirit—woven through intentional breathing, gentle movement, sound, and reflective journaling.

Pathfinders Breathwork
All are invited to join community breathwork experience offered in partnership with Pathfinders and facilitated by Allison Alexander. This offering is intended to create space for the purification of the heart through a trauma-aware breathwork meditation journey designed to support renewal, deepen connection and healing.
MFR + Recovery Workshop with Lindsay Herlinger
Recover smarter. Move better. Feel restored.
This Myofascial Release (MFR) + Recovery workshop offers a therapeutic experience for body and nervous system. Using RAD Roller Recovery balls, we'll unwind holding patterns, release tension, rehydrate connective tissue, and support circulation and mobility.
MFR is effective for injuries, pain, movement restrictions, recovery, and maintaining the health of connective tissue.
Heart-led: A Cacao Ritual with Nicole Lindstrom
A monthly cacao ritual designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and restore connection to inner guidance.
This practice uses breath, movement, and intentional stillness to prepare the body and nervous system to receive cacao. The work is steady and deliberate—clearing stagnation, opening energetic pathways, and creating the conditions for the heart to be felt and heard.

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to event start time to check in and get settled. Many scheduled events have a rigid start time to create the sanctity of the container and respect each participants’ experience. Late entrance to an event or program is not admitted.
Please do not arrive to any event or program under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

True Nature Healing Arts reserves the right to cancel an event or program at any time. If TNHA cancels an event or program, you will receive a full refund. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual workshop descriptions.
Unless otherwise stated within program descriptions:
Refunds are available (less a $10 processing fee) up to 24 hours before the beginning of the event or program.
No refunds will be granted within the 24 hour period before the program or event.
Tickets are transferable to other guests at any point prior to the event with approval from the Event Manager.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel attendance after the event; if you do not show up on time, or at all; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
