In this mentoring group for young adults of all genders, ages 20s–mid-30s, we’ll use Robyn’s Four Paths of Soulful Living and Grieving framework to build community, cultivate resilience, and explore self-discovery in a shared, supportive space. We are living in deeply transformative times. Many young adults are stepping forward with strong values, expanding what’s possible both personally and culturally. To meet this moment, we need grounded resources and activated passion - a full-spectrum approach to living. This is what we will practice and strengthen together.

Through Connection is the Medicine Foundation and the True Nature campus - we are proud to host a variety of workshops, seminars, and retreats focused on inspiration, connection, and self-discovery. We welcome teachers and teachings from varied disciplines as well as students with diverse interests and needs.
Our deepest intention is to create a supportive environment where both teachers and students can reach their potential. What is the essence of this potential? Coming to know our life purpose and courageously and ardently sharing these gifts and passions with the world.

Each year, we are honored to welcome new and returning facilitators into our diverse calendar of offerings. As part of our intentional curation, we partner with a limited number of guest facilitators, and applications are reviewed in batches. Because we book programs six months to a year in advance, please plan ahead. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review each proposal.
