Join a supportive community gathering with candle-lighting, reflection, and tools for honoring loved ones and tending grief during holidays.
Together, we will engage in a candle-lighting ritual, share in supportive group reflection, and explore meaningful tools and practices for remembering those we’ve lost - at holiday gatherings and throughout this time of year. This gathering offers a compassionate space to be held by others while navigating the holidays with tender or broken hearts.
Participants will leave with practical suggestions and gentle ways to honor their loved ones and care for themselves during this season. All are invited to register for the Pathfinders Breathwork session following this gathering, if this would support you as well.

This complimentary offering is intended to create space for the purification of the heart through a trauma-aware breathwork meditation journey designed to support renewal, deepen connection and healing.
Pathfinders is a Colorado non-profit psychosocial support program for cancer and chronically-ill patients, those suffering from grief and loss, caregivers, family members and the community. This offering is presented in partnership with the Connection is the Medicine Foundation.
