Teen Insight I is a fun and uplifting journey, awakening your teen's heart center to the best person they can be. Your teen will be participating with other teens from a wide range of backgrounds.
The seminar is joyful, and engaging, and moves quickly through a combination of games, short presentations, one-to-one exercises, small group activities, guided imagery processes, and sharing with the facilitators.
Teen Insight I is brilliantly crafted to guide your teen on a journey of self-discovery in a loving, respectful, and supportive environment that refrains from any aggressive tactics of challenge or confrontation.

Join Kate Mulheron in community as we gather to celebrate the ABUNDANT LIGHT of SUMMER SOLSTICE
The longest day of the year is to be celebrated! Pausing in ritual to honor this sacred shift is so profound, come celebrate another turn around the sun! This day signifies light, personal power, and divine action. It is an opportunity to step further into your power, to embody all that you have cultivated, and to bring intentions into physical form.
During the ceremony we will honor the Sacred 7 Directions. There will be space to revisit intentions, seek clarity on what is needed to bring them to fruition, and though a powerful community fire ceremony - release that which no longer serves and we are ready to let go of.

Through Connection is the Medicine Foundation and the True Nature campus - we are proud to host a variety of workshops, seminars, and retreats focused on inspiration, connection, and self-discovery. We welcome teachers and teachings from varied disciplines as well as students with diverse interests and needs.
Our deepest intention is to create a supportive environment where both teachers and students can reach their potential. What is the essence of this potential? Coming to know our life purpose and courageously and ardently sharing these gifts and passions with the world.
We take great pride in offerings that nurture authentic connection. The unique teachings add meaningful threads to the tapestry of belonging we cultivate here, and we are grateful for the opportunity to collaboratively serve our community.

Each year, we are honored to welcome new and returning facilitators into our diverse calendar of offerings. As part of our intentional curation, we partner with a limited number of guest facilitators, and applications are reviewed in batches. Because we book programs six months to a year in advance, please plan ahead. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review each proposal.
