INTEGRATE — REFLECT & LAND
3:15 - 4:00PM: Guided Reflection + Journaling with Nicole Lindstrom
Pause to notice:
What did you discover?
What surprised you?
What felt expansive? We close the practice space with reflection to anchor the experience.
CONNECT — COMMUNITY GATHERING
4:15 - 5:00PM: Summer Mocktails / Garden Hang
Because summer is meant to be shared.
Enjoy refreshing drinks and time to connect — deepening relationships within the True Nature community.
WHat makes this different?
Unlike a single-class experience, this retreat is designed to:
Introduce you to multiple teachers + styles in one afternoon
Encourage curiosity over performance
Create space for both movement + meaningful connection
Help you find new entry points into your ongoing practice
This is not about perfecting your practice.
It’s about expanding your relationship to it.
THE INVITATION
Exploration requires openness.
And openness creates possibility.
Come as you are — and leave with:
A broader understanding of your body
A deeper connection to your community
A renewed sense of inspiration in your practice
