A monthly cacao ritual designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and restore connection to inner guidance.
This practice uses breath, slow strength-based movement, and intentional stillness to prepare the body and nervous system to receive cacao. The work is steady and deliberate—clearing stagnation, opening energetic pathways, and creating the conditions for the heart to be felt and heard.
Ceremonial Cacao is an ancient heart-opening drink made from cacao beans and spices, used to gently open the heart and support connection to intuition, emotional intelligence, and inner wisdom.

Sacred Brotherhood Conversations are open meetings for heart-centered men committed to self-leadership and fulfillment. The goal is to empower men in the Roaring Fork Valley with intentional connection, compassionate communication, emotional resilience, and a sense of fulfillment.
We talk about identity, integrity, legacy, self-leadership, relationships, fatherhood… the stuff most men don’t get to say out loud.

Join us for an intimate evening of storytelling and music! Natalie Spears brings listeners into touch with the warmth of community, the quiet awe of wild places, and the intimate corners of humanity. With a quiver of instruments (banjo, piano, and guitar)and her angelic voice, Spears chronicles a life shaped by wonder, loss, and metamorphosis, threading together opposites through song: love with loss; tradition with innovation; and the human with the more-than-human world. Her sonic world dances between soulful originals, old fiddle tunes, and global inspirations.

Through Connection is the Medicine Foundation and the True Nature campus - we are proud to host a variety of workshops, seminars, and retreats focused on inspiration, connection, and self-discovery. We welcome teachers and teachings from varied disciplines as well as students with diverse interests and needs.
Our deepest intention is to create a supportive environment where both teachers and students can reach their potential. What is the essence of this potential? Coming to know our life purpose and courageously and ardently sharing these gifts and passions with the world.

Each year, we are honored to welcome new and returning facilitators into our diverse calendar of offerings. As part of our intentional curation, we partner with a limited number of guest facilitators, and applications are reviewed in batches. Because we book programs six months to a year in advance, please plan ahead. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review each proposal.
