As we attune to the shifting energies of the natural world, we begin to recognize these same movements within ourselves—cycles of growth, expression, release, rest, and renewal.

The Elemental Breath is a breathwork and journaling series rooted in Chinese medicine, Daoist 5-Element wisdom, and the living rhythm of the seasons. Each gathering is a guided descent into breath, body, and spirit—woven through intentional breathing, gentle movement, sound, and reflective journaling.

This is a space to let go, to listen deeply, and to remember your place within the greater whole. Through shared presence and simple ritual, each session becomes an invitation to return home to your breath, your body, and the wisdom that lives within.

Return to your nature, one breath at a time

Marking the major turning points of the seasons, we enter into relationship with different phases and movements of our Earth's natural calendar – exploring the elemental qualities of the season through intentional breathwork, simple movement, sounding, and creative journaling. Together, we explore how the cycles of nature live within our bodies, emotional landscapes, and our everyday human experience.

This series honors the universal rhythms of growth, expression, release, rest, and renewal. Through conscious breathing, simple ritual, and embodied inquiry, each gathering becomes a reorientation to the world around us - a space to:

·      Release what no longer serves

·      Nourish what is needed

·      Reconnect with inner and outer nature

·      Awaken the elemental forces we embody

·      Rewrite the stories we yearn to live

We will begin with simple movement, followed by the rounds of breathwork and then a guided meditation/visualization, then participants are guided into a creative journaling circle, allowing free-flow reflection, creativity, and insight to emerge organically. In this space, the pen becomes a teacher-helping to integrate our experience, record wisdom, and deepen our connections.

A Community-Centered Path of Healing:

This series is designed for those seeking more than stress relief or relaxation. It is for those longing to remember their place within the living web of life, to heal through weaving these connections, and to experience community as a container for growth and transformation.

Through breath, movement, reflection, and shared presence, Elemental Breath reminds us that healing happens not in isolation, but in connection—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world we belong to.

What Is Elemental Rhythm Breathwork?

Elemental Rhythm is a modern, embodied breathwork practice weaving together conscious breathing, music, gentle movement, meditation, and intentional reflection. Inspired by ancient pranayama traditions and informed by somatic and energetic practices, it offers a dynamic and accessible pathway toward physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual breakthrough.

At its core, Elemental Rhythm is not about “fixing” ourselves—it is about re-establishing relationships: with the breath, the body, the heart, and the living rhythms that move through all of us.
