Ann is a spiritual coach, energy healer, and the author of 3 best-selling books. She is also a black belt in the martial art of Aikido, a dynamic practice of conflict resolution—providing energetic centering and personal empowerment. In 2004, she began to offer 1:1 spiritual guidance sessions, workshops, and talks to clients across the U.S and beyond. Besides 10 years of training in healing, meditation, energy work and yoga, Ann is passionate about holistic health, travel, creativity, and living a thriving life. She is excited to visit True Nature and help transform the lives of those attending.

We have subsidized the general access tickets to be accessible for most. We are also offering a Generosity Rate as well as a further subsidized Need-based Access Rate. Please see below:
Generosity Rate
Choose this rate if you have the financial security and capacity to support True Nature Healing Arts Foundation at a higher level. The contributions we receive within this level make it possible for us to offer a below-cost rate to those practitioners with a limited income.
This rate is for you if you:
- Own your own home and live comfortably without financial worry
- Have investments and savings
- Easily have access to money in times of need or emergencies
- Have the desire to help make this offering more accessible to others
Need-based Access Rate
Choose this rate if you have limited financial capacity or are currently experiencing financial hardship. The contributions we gratefully receive at this level go toward covering costs and are supported by contributions of those who choose the Generosity Rate.
This rate is for you if you:
- Have difficulty meeting your basic financial needs
- Are experiencing housing, employment, or income instability
- Live paycheck-to-paycheck and and lack money in times of need
- Face other significant challenges
