Your Life as Ceremony

Ceremonies invite us into community, to be present and connected, as we honor a shared experience and intention. When we take time to integrate the experience into our life, we begin to live our lives as ceremony, with greater awareness, choices, and connections.

Altered states of consciousness invite us to explore the unknown from a heart-centered place, letting curiosity lead the way, as we open to the healing and transformative possibilities that await our awareness.

When we approach these experiences as ceremony, we bring presence and awaken creative potential that can lead to meaningful and lasting change. We get to have a felt experience of our own vibrational lifeforce energy and the Great Mystery of life itself. This then puts us in touch with what we care about and opens us to opportunities to give life to our dreams.

  • We will create and offer up our intentions to the altar.

  • We will explore a state of expanded consciousness through an active breathwork journey. This breathwork is an active meditation that follows a heart-centered breath pattern along with music and intuitive guidance to generate and explore vibrational energy within

  • We will then move through supportive practices to anchor the experience into our being and into our lives.

In this ceremony, we’ll honor our devotion to and celebration of living a fulfilling life. The power of practicing gratitude will be woven throughout the ceremony to honor the season and the experience.

Testimonials:

"Erin is amazing. I've been lucky enough to experience both in-person and virtual breathwork journeys with her... and they were both so powerful!!"

"Erin does a masterful job holding space, with the perfect mix of confidence and humility. Her thoughtful and intentional approach throughout the entire process (from preparation through integration) allowed me to explore deeper than I ever thought possible through breathwork. And the beautiful music she prepares for each session is such a treat."

"Erin's superpower is helping others navigate their own inner path to find the truth that is inside them all along. Instead of leaving our session searching for meaning in the advice she gave me, I left feeling confident that what she helped me find was absolutely true and pointed to the next step for my growth."

"She is a master of being able to embody the presence of sacred space during her sessions. She also has the ability to hold deep integrity for others to unfold within their own inner process. She is kind, passionate about her work, joyful and always aware of the needs of others. In her sessions I’ve experienced how all the elements of her work flow together within a quiet and healing process."
