Join Lead with Love, CASA of the Ninth and Connection is the Medicine Foundation each month in the True Nature Kiva for 90 nourishing minutes of light movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, or facilitated sharing.

This year-round program is designed to help you build a personal toolbox of self-care and regulation practices. Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a different modality of care brought to you by expert teachers and facilitators to discover what feels best for you. This program is designed for you to replenish your mental, emotional and physical tank and return to your life feeling more grounded and renewed.

Allow yourself this opportunity to rest, release, and renew.

No experience necessary. No proof of caregiving required.

This program is offered as a gift to our community to serve those who serve.

Registration is required and space is limited to 30 participants.

*A small attendance fee has been added to support commitment and care for this offering. As this gathering has become quite popular and often fills quickly, we’ve experienced an increase in last-minute no-shows. We kindly ask that you register with intention, and if your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone eagerly waiting.

We never want cost to be a barrier to participation. If the fee presents a hardship, please reach out to megan@connectionisthemedicine.com to waive the registration fee.

Testimonials:

”The Care For Caregivers mini series has become a go to for me. As a care giver for very young children I often feel overlooked, overused and completely depleted in my job. The time that I have spent amongst other care givers has proven to offer me the perfect opportunity to set some time aside to practice self-care, self-reflection, self-affirmation and self-love. As a care giver, I struggle to find the time and avenues to take care of myself in the world where I am always meeting the needs of others, first. I have learned so many valuable mindfulness techniques and tips that I will carry with me forever and am especially grateful to the incredible educators, professionals and leaders that have been brought in to nurture, guide, teach and take care of ME! Thank you.”

“Having a moment to stop, to breathe and to feel the silence within felt like I could breathe again. I didn't realize how much I needed these sessions until afterwards!”

Sponsored with love by Lead with Love, CASA of the Ninth, and Connection is the Medicine Foundation.
