A Community Movement Workshop Exploring Inner Worlds and Releasing Trauma Through Art, Movement, and Connection
We are honored to partner with the Aspen Hope Center and Caitlin Evans to invite each of you to this incredible Community Movement Workshop. We’ll come together to process emotions and feelings as a collective. This experiential workshop invites you to explore your present-moment experience through words, art-making, movement, and gestures.
Dive into your inner world, witness others as they share theirs, and be witnessed in return. Together, we’ll discover the profound connection between self-care and community-care in a safe and supportive environment.
Please bring a journal, comfortable clothes for movement, and your authentic presence. You are welcome exactly as you are.
