9/11 Community Volunteer Day in the Peace Garden

RSVP TODAY!

The Peace Garden serves our community in endless ways, supporting the mission of True Nature Healing Arts Foundation. It is a magnificently diverse ecosystem tucked right in the middle of downtown Carbondale! The gardens also serve as a restorative and therapeutic environment for the community offering a variety of healing modalities. The Peace Garden is open to the public seven days a week from dawn to dusk.

We are excited to partner with High Country Volunteers to extend an invitation for our special 9/11 Community Volunteer Day in the Peace Garden! This is a wonderful opportunity to help build peace, connect with each other and nature, make a tangible contribution to this magnificent space, and possibly even learn a little something along the way.
The day will consist of a light harvest, leaf clean-up and light weeding.

Why Attend:

  • Beautiful opportunity to connect with each other and the garden beings

  • Tangibly contribute to building peace, the garden and yourself

  • Breathe in the soil and sun

  • Enjoy a fresh batch of Peace Garden tea

  • Possibly exchange or share some seeds

  • Learn about biodynamic gardening practices
