Luminaries Teen Cohort: Rooted in Practice. Radiating Possibility

The Luminaries Teen Cohort provides an opportunity for High School-age teens, of any gender identification, to deepen their understanding and practice of healing modalities.
Some of the modalities that will be explored include:
Meditation
Breathwork
Yoga
Sound Alchemy
Principles and Practices of Spiritual Psychology
Manifestation practices and more!
Through experiential and upbeat exercises and activities, Teen Luminaries build foundational tools which allow them to connect more deeply to their own truth, uncover patterns that are not serving them, restore balance to their body, heart, mind and soul — and discover a sense of community that will last a lifetime.
As a Luminary Cohort member, teens will be empowered to affect change in the world through sharing their light. Upon completion of the program, members are guided to explore a mentorship with a healing modality and practitioner of their choice or receive support to build and offer healing groups in their school or community.
This experience is offered as a closed group over the course of 17 weeks. To support consistency and cohesion, we ask participants to commit to attending at least 13 of the total 17 sessions.
We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise and are happy to work with you as needed. At the same time, we want to emphasize that the group dynamic—the relationships, trust, and shared growth that unfold over time—is a vital part of the journey. Your commitment reflects the value you place on this meaningful and enriching experience, and honors the experience of the other participants as well.

Lead Facilitator: Aimee Cullwick is a Carbondale local and mother to three teenage daughters. She’s also the founder of Downriver Divas, a retreat business leading multi-day river trips for women. Aimee has a masters degree in education and certifications in Spiritual Psychology and Soul-Centered Life Coaching.
