All are invited to join community breathwork opportunity offered in partnership with Pathfinders and facilitated by Allison Alexander. This complimentary offering is intended to create space for the purification of the heart through a trauma-aware breathwork meditation journey designed to support renewal, deepen connection and healing.
Pathfinders is a Colorado non-profit psychosocial support program for cancer and chronically-ill patients, those suffering from grief and loss, caregivers, family members and the community.
This offering is generously subsidized by the True Nature Healing Arts Foundation.
