As we move deeper into the 4th year of this offering, we continue to learn and evolve to meet community needs and ensure the sustainability of Pathfinders. Up to this point, we have been able to offer this monthly group on a donation basis. Due to growing demand and shifting funding, we need to make an adjustment to continue this offering. We are asking all participants who are not Pathfinders clients to make a $20 donation. Questions? Contact allison@pathfindersforyou.org.

Instructor — Allison Alexander

Allison has spent a lifetime following her curiosity. As a child, she moved constantly with her military family, which sparked her fascination with humans and passion for supporting the community. Additionally, these early life experiences provided a foundation for her understanding that all life circumstances are temporary and that a life fully lived embraces all that is.

Her work is rooted in a deep connection to spirit. Commitment to the practices she shares with the world has allowed her to create a life with less anxiety and deep peace regardless of outer circumstances. She has spent over two decades exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit through breath and presence while finding professional success across multiple sectors.

Breath became a passion for her during her 2002 Pilates teacher training. Allison has followed that passion ever since, incorporating what she has learned into various modalities and esoteric practices to create her unique blend of offerings, allowing her to meet individuals and organizations where they are.

Allison uses a variety of breath techniques with her clients to support their goals. Generally, Allison guides groups through a two-part pranayama technique as an active form of meditation to clear stuck energy and emotions. The result of this work is often reduced anxiety, reactivity, and greater access to peace.
