This month we are excited to welcome the extraordinary Karla Miller alongside our beloved Gina Murdoch as facilitators. Allow yourself to rest, release, and renew through the transformative vibrations of sonic alchemy.

Gina Murdock is an Aspen-based writer, yoga & meditation teacher, speaker, and community organizer. She founded the Aspen Yoga Society, Lead with Love, The Love Ninjas, and the Mind, Body, Spirit Rx brand, all dedicated to helping people thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Gina and her husband Jerry created the Mind, Body, Spirit Series at The Aspen Institute, where she teaches yoga and meditation with her Lead with Love team.

A certified Chopra yoga teacher, as well as Bikram and Vinyasa Flow instructor and retreat guide, Gina has taught internationally and to luminaries including Deepak Chopra, Sir Richard Branson, Goldie Hawn, and Michael Franti. She holds a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, focusing on Consciousness, Health, and Healing.

Gina serves on several boards, writes for The Aspen Times, and leads with the belief that we always have a choice—and love is the highest path. Her guiding mantras: “Let the beauty you love, be what you do” (Rumi), “Be the change you wish to see” (Gandhi), and “WOOO-HOOO!” (Gina).

Karla Hope Miller spent 25 years as a landscaper, deeply connected to the earth and creating sacred outdoor spaces. Yet a pivotal moment while living in Costa Rica left her feeling lost and searching for purpose. A chance introduction to astrology brought clarity and self-understanding, transforming how she viewed herself and the world.

From there, Karla discovered the healing power of sound. Through sessions with gongs, bowls, and other instruments, she released old patterns and stepped into a more aligned version of herself. This journey fuels her passion for spiritual psychology and sound, which she now shares through Sound Journey sessions at the Hope Barn, one-on-one Sonic Alchemy sessions, and intensives. Having been where others feel lost or directionless, Karla is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner home and evolve into their happiest, most authentic selves.

Karla believes that the Universe places people on our path for a reason, and if you’ve found this page, it may be a sign your paths are meant to connect.

To schedule a session with Karla, email nativeflower@mac.com or call 970-379-9432.

Testimonials:
”The Care For Caregivers mini series has become a go to for me. As a care giver for very young children I often feel overlooked, overused and completely depleted in my job. The time that I have spent amongst other care givers has proven to offer me the perfect opportunity to set some time aside to practice self-care, self-reflection, self-affirmation and self-love. As a care giver, I struggle to find the time and avenues to take care of myself in the world where I am always meeting the needs of others, first. I have learned so many valuable mindfulness techniques and tips that I will carry with me forever and am especially grateful to the incredible educators, professionals and leaders that have been brought in to nurture, guide, teach and take care of ME! Thank you.”

“Having a moment to stop, to breathe and to feel the silence within felt like I could breathe again. I didn't realize how much I needed these sessions until afterwards!”

This offering is sponsored by your friends at CASA, Lead with Love and Connection is the Medicine Foundation.
