Where Shavasana ends, Yoga Nidra begins

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a guided practice that invites deep relaxation and supports recalibration of the mind, body, and spirit. It has been shown to help relieve stress and support healing on many levels.

Auricular acupuncture is a practice rooted in East Asian medicine that uses specific points on the ear to support whole-body health. The five-point protocol used in this class has been studied and implemented in addiction recovery, trauma support, disaster response, and community wellness settings worldwide.

Together, these practices offer a gentle, drug-free, and accessible approach to supporting nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.

During this 90-minute experience, you'll be guided into deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra while receiving the gentle five-point ear acupuncture protocol. No previous experience with yoga, meditation, or acupuncture is necessary.
