An Easy to learn, well-informed Qigong for resilience, vitality, and daily life
A beginner-friendly, one-day immersive which introduces a whole-body Qigong practice designed to reduce stress, restore energy, and calm the nervous system. You’ll be guided through slow, coordinated movements that integrate posture, breath, and intention - helping the body settle, reorganize, and regain ease.
This one-day workshop offers an accessible introduction to Insight Qigong® - a complete daily practice that supports energy, ease, and resilient vitality. Participants are guided through a structured sequence of movements that work with the body’s natural intelligence, promoting stability, circulation, and calm.
You’ll learn more than just the postures. The practice is taught with clear context and purpose—so you understand why movements are done the way they are, how structure supports the joints and spine, and how Qigong helps regulate stress and build overall resilience.
You’ll leave with:
A balanced Qigong form you can practice daily
Practical tools for reducing tension and calming the nervous system
An understanding of how posture, breath, and intention work together
The ability to adapt the practice to support your own body
Designed for beginners, yet thorough enough for experienced practitioners seeking a sustainable practice that supports long-term vitality.
