INTUITION & INSIGHT: SoulCollage® & IFS Self-Discovery with Sayle Hutchison

  • True Nature Kiva 100 N 3rd St Carbondale United States (map)

Sunday, July 19th |  3 PM - 4:30 PM | True Nature Kiva
Early Access $28 through July 16th
Standard Rate $33

Understand yourself with more clarity - an experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems using reflection, creativity, and collage!

Come spend an afternoon with images, a little bit of curiosity, and a lot a bit of self discovery.

This workshop blends SoulCollage®, an intuitive process for making personal cards, with the foundations of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model for understanding the many parts of ourselves that shape how we think, feel, protect, and relate.

We all contain many parts: inner voices, emotions, strategies, patterns. These parts are not problems to fix. They are aspects of us that can be met with curiosity and care.

Using guided reflection and the SoulCollage® process, you will choose images, follow what catches your eye, and create a card representing one of your inner parts. You will then learn to "read" your card through simple reflective questions, giving voice to the part it represents.

No art experience needed. The images do most of the work!

Welcoming to IFS newcomers and to anyone who wants a more visual, embodied way of working with their inner world.

You'll leave with:

  • A basic understanding of the IFS model

  • One personal SoulCollage® card representing a part of your inner world

  • A simple way to listen to what it has to say

  • Greater awareness of your own patterns, and more compassion for them

  • A creative tool you can keep using

All materials provided.
