Understand yourself with more clarity - an experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems using reflection, creativity, and collage!
In this experiential workshop, participants will be introduced to the foundations of Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful model for understanding the different “parts” of ourselves that shape how we think, feel, protect, react, and relate.
Together, we will explore the idea that we all contain many parts—inner voices, emotions, strategies, and patterns—and that these parts are not problems to get rid of, but aspects of us that can be understood with curiosity and care.
Using guided reflection and collage, participants will begin identifying some of their own parts in a creative, accessible way. This workshop is designed to be welcoming to both newcomers to IFS and those who want a more embodied, visual way of working with their inner world.
Participants will leave with a basic understanding of the IFS model, greater awareness of the different parts operating within them, a collage or visual map representing aspects of their inner world, and more language and compassion for patterns that may previously have felt confusing or frustrating.
