Join us for a special half-day retreat celebratingInto the Bloom - a transition of seasons — an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your practice, and intentionally step into the new season.
This immersive experience will guide you through a progression of practices reflecting the natural rhythm of the season: Root → Rise → Bloom. Through movement, breath, reflection, and community, we’ll explore how steady, intentional practice supports our ability to grow, integrate, and flourish.

ITINERARY
ARRIVE
12:00–12:45 PM — Opening Circle + Fire Ceremony with Nicole Lindstrom
Begin with an introduction to Into the Bloom and the seasonal themes guiding the afternoon. Nicole will guide an energy clearing and set intentions for the day.
Integrate
ROOT, RISE, Blossom.
1:00–3:15 PM — Yoga Class
Step into the season with Root to Rise, a dynamic yoga experience designed to guide you from grounding into your body to expanding into your fullest expression. This class moves through three intentional phases, reflecting the natural rhythm of personal growth: rooting, rising, and blossoming. Through mindful movement, breath, and alignment, you’ll cultivate stability, strength, and openness — supporting both body and mind in a cohesive, integrative practice.

Ground into the body with a practice focused on rooting and stability, cultivating presence, awareness, and the foundation from which growth begins.
RISE with Anthony Jerkunica
Build strength, mobility, and breath capacity as we explore the energy of rising, expanding our sense of possibility through intentional movement.
BLOSSOM with Kate Mulheron
Move into the expression of the practice — a flow designed to support integration, openness, and blooming.
3:15–4:00 PM — Closing Reflections with Nicole Lindstrom
End with guided reflection and journaling, giving space to integrate the afternoon and clarify intentions for your practice and the spring season.
4:00–4:45 PM — Happy Hour
Light bites and refreshments to close the day together — an opportunity to connect and celebrate in community.
