Community Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga and Movement with Janet Persson

Tuesday, September 15th | 3:30pm - 4:30pm | True Nature Peace Garden
Community Offering: Free, Donations Appreciated

A mindful, all-levels prenatal and postpartum yoga class rooted in Anusara-inspired alignment, breath, and the connection of body, mind, and spirit.

Designed to support the changing body through pregnancy and the transition into postpartum, each class weaves together intentional movement, strength, stability, nervous system awareness, and space to slow down and connect within.

Inspired by the five elements - Space, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air - our practice explores creating space, finding your foundation, moving with fluidity, connecting to your inner strength, and returning to the breath.

Come as you are. Connect with your body and baby. Leave feeling grounded, strong, supported, and empowered.

MEET YOUR GUIDE: Janet Persson

Janet brings an integrative background that weaves together prenatal yoga, birth education, somatic work, and hands-on support.

She is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) through Ma Yoga®, rooted in Anusara Yoga and the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. Her studies include The Yoga of Pregnancy, The Yoga of Healing, Mayurveda, and The Yoga of Birth.
