Come back to yourself. This small group series shares practical tools to help you stay steady in moments of stress and overwhelm.

Over the course of 6 weeks, this small group series offers a grounded introduction to the nervous system and how it shapes the way we experience ourselves and the world.

In everyday life, shifts in the nervous system can show up as stress, urgency, overwhelm, or shutdown. Without understanding what is happening, these experiences can feel personal or confusing, and we often get pulled into reacting in ways we later question. This series introduces a different lens, one that makes these patterns more understandable and workable.

As the series unfolds, participants will learn to recognize their own patterns in real time and begin to work with their nervous system more intentionally. The focus is not on fixing or eliminating stress, but on becoming more steady within it and less pulled by automatic reactions.

Each session includes guided reflection, simple practices, and space for optional sharing in a small group setting. Over time, participants develop a clearer sense of how their system moves, what supports it, and how to access more calm, connection, and creativity in daily life.

Participants will leave with a working understanding of their nervous system, a personalized map of their patterns, and practical tools they can return to when stress or overwhelm arises.
